You get what you pay for?

According to CNN, some New York private schools are surpassing Harvard for tuition costs. Some schools charge over $30,000 per year. The article lists several schools as examples, including the Horace Mann school, which will charge 29,000 next year.

But wait, wasn't Horace Mann one of the early educators who promoted a free and public education? Wonder what Horace would have to say about that now?
